Over the years, I’ve rebuilt myself more times than I can count. Healing from an estranged family, surviving cancer, navigating depression and anxiety, leaving a corporate path that no longer felt like mine, rediscovering my voice through reiki, crystals, tarot and astrology… every season carved out a different version of me.
When I looked back, I realised the same themes kept repeating: moments of breaking down, finding direction, learning joy again, trusting my intuition, and rebuilding with more courage each time.
